Only after that has been done can the home be  staged so that it will charm the right buyers. You only get one chance to make that first impression and most buyers decide within seconds of entering a home if it may be "the one".  Remember unlike the TV shows the buyers do not come back to take another look. When buyers open that front door you need to make them smile.
